I photographed each girl individually in my studio using a high key light set up. The shooting time alone exceeded five hours (phew). 

Then, each player was extracted off of the background and placed into a graphic design art project. I think it came out pretty cool. 

As a photographer in the digital age, you really have to know more than just photography, but also graphic design and extensive photoshop skills.
