October, November and December are my busiest months all year long for family portraits. Yes, I do them and have been for almost 16 years now!
So many people consider their pets part of the family, I know we do in my household too! But, this family session I was asked to photograph ALL FIVE of the family dogs. I adore these dogs! A few of them I have actually photographed over the years for this family at other sessions. We had two new additions with Lola & Bodie.
I must say they were actually pretty well behaved although we did have a dog trainer come in to help with the process. You can just imagine the "behind the scenes" of this photo shoot. And, LOTS of dog kisses, doggie treats, noise makers (I may have meowed alot) and dog hair. Momma brought the lent roller! We went to a public park in Wimberley known as "Blue Hole Park" because it gave us some room with the dogs to move around and there was lovely tall grass and color everywhere!
Pups are: Lola, Bodie, Ari, Tiny and Sugar. I think Tiny always looks like she is smiling and Sugar does as well. Ari is the big fella, Bodie is a puppy basically but HUGE too and giving Ari a run for size. Lola is just lovely and her name befits her.
Just finished up the Christmas card and looks amazing!
Family portrait fun!
