Many of you know I LOVE a good dramatic image. I've always been a fan of fashion photography and art. When I went to Portrait Masters I got to get back to a type of photography I really love doing. Celebrating the beauty in each of us is important as we are all wonderfully made!

Truly a pleasure and joy to photograph this beauty, Cassandra Alice. I even got to hang out one evening with her for a bit poolside and so.... lovely sweet lady ~ remain fierce and full of passion. Continue to know your self-worth. I hope we cross paths again and thank you for being vulnerable in front of the camera! 

Attending the Portrait Masters Conference was magical with so many lights to try out, backdrops and models. I spent hours working through the portrait bays and playing around with posing and the lighting setups. I don't usually work with constant lights, but here I did and I really love the outcome! Yes, photographers do this! It's how we learn and how to know what gear you might like (or don't) and so I left the conference with a few new purchases as a result for my own studio!
