COVID-19 Policy / Update

March 16, 2020

To our valued friends and clients:

We are doing the best we can to stay in business, do a fabulous job for you while also maintaining a place of good health and safety and for this reason we have implemented a few changes moving forward (at least for the time-being).

We are keeping up to date on CDC recommendations and will be in communication with all of our clients with upcoming appointments.

Our studio will be honoring our client’s wishes to change/postpone dates without penalty. COVID-19 is not anyone’s fault, and as such, we will be allowing clients to move their session date (ideally within 2020). All future dates are subject to availability. There are no refunds, but there are also no penalties. Each person that we photograph or meet with at the studio will need to answer the following questions to ensure the safety and well being of everyone involved.

We appreciate your help in keeping all of us healthy and productive!

Please note: This also will apply if you are coming to the studio for the following type of appointment: Consult, Selection or Order pick up.

1. Have you traveled in the last 14 days?

2. Have you been on a plane or any public transportation such as cab, bus, cruise ship?

3. Do you have any of the following symptoms:

• a. Flu like
• b. Fever
• c. Cough
• d. Breathing difficulties
• e. Fatigue
• f. Body aches

4. Have you been exposed to ANYONE with the FLU or Covid 19 in the last 14 days?

5. We will have hand sanitizer at your session. PLEASE bring some too and we are confirming that you are comfortable with social distancing during your photo shoot?

Although this goes against my nature: No handshaking, high fives, or hugs, etc. And, we will do our best to remain within 3 to 6 feet of each other. We can do this easily with long or telephoto lenses! ;) 

We are also implementing Online - Video chat selection appointments and currently setting up that process.
